About the Recipe
This egg cream soda actually uses neither egg nor cream! This is an old NYC drink from back in the days of soda and milkshake shops!

Ingredients
½ cup seltzer water
½ cup milk
chocolate syrup, or to taste
Preparation
Pour seltzer into a glass. Pour in milk and stir in chocolate syrup until dissolved.
