According to reports, the suspect was dressed in a distinctive black costume that obscured their identity, complete with a fitted mask and black sneakers. Witnesses indicated that the individual entered the establishment boldly and directly confronted a male victim, discharging a firearm before swiftly fleeing the scene on foot.
