On December 11, 2023, the Bureau of Criminal Investigation out of SP Lockport arrested Darren M. Allee, 25 of Lockport, NY for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd degree (C Felony), Conspiracy 6th degree and Petit Larceny. Troopers also arrested Gabriel Gillon, 45 of Lockport, NY for Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd degree (C Felony), Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd degree- previous conviction, Conspiracy 6th degree and Petit Larceny
On December 11, 2023, at 1:27 P.M., Troopers out of SP Lockport were dispatched to Walmart on South Transit Road in the town of Lockport for a larceny complaint. Both suspects took merchandise, passing all points of purchase without paying. Troopers arrested both suspects as they exited the store upon arrival. Troopers worked with Walmart loss-prevention. The vehicle they drove to Walmart was to be towed from the parking lot. Troopers did an impound and inventory of the vehicle, locating drug paraphilia and a Remington UMC .380 pistol. Both suspects do not legally possess a pistol permit. Both suspects were transported to SP Lockport for processing.
Both suspects were transported to Niagara County Jail for centralized arraignment.
