Press Release: Drug Arrests
On Wednesday, November 15th, 2023, the Oneida City Police Department Criminal Investigation Division (CID) and Patrol Division executed a search warrant at 315 Seneca Street, apartment 2, in the City of Oneida.
Following the execution of the search warrant, the following were seized: * Cocaine & crack cocaine * Psilocybin * Amphetamine pills * Other controlled substance pills * Packaging materials * Digital scales
A resident, Zachery Dryer, 29, was subsequently charged with: * 2cts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd (class B felonies) * 1ct of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th (class C felony) * 1ct of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th (class D felony) * 4cts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th (class A-Misdemeanors) * 1ct of Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (class A- misdemeanor)
Also arrested was resident Brooke Bloss, 27, of the same address. She was charged with: * 1ct of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 4th (class C felony) * 4cts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th (class A-Misdemeanors)
Dryer & Bloss were booked, processed, and transported to the Madison County Jail to await arraignment.
