The Two "Most Wanted" Persons Pictured below are;
1) Joseph A Kaulback, male, white, 38 years of age, last known address in Liverpool NY. Wanted on Felony Grand Larceny Charges, in Violation of PL 155.30 and Misdemeanor charges of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in violation of PL 220.03.
2) Franco Celso Huamani-Tito, male, hispanic, 42 years of age, multiple addresses, possibly in New Jersey, wanted on Felony Grand Larceny Charges in violation of PL 155.30.
