🌲2025 Woodsmen’s Field Days

Boonville, NY — The forestry community is gearing up for one of the industry’s most anticipated events: the New York State Woodsmen’s Field Days, happening on the third full weekend in August at the Boonville Fairgrounds.

This celebrated tradition features lumberjack competitions, forestry equipment demos, and family-friendly activities that highlight New York’s rich logging history.

Among the top exhibitors is Hud-Son Forest Equipment, a local manufacturing powerhouse based just 20 minutes from the fairgrounds. Since 1946, the family-owned company has been a leader in innovative forestry solutions, offering portable sawmills, firewood processors, wood conveyors, skidding winches, and more.
