25-Year-Old Man Injured in One-Car Crash on State Route 12 in Marshall

According to Oneida County Sheriff Robert Maciol, a 25-year-old male was injured in a one-car motor vehicle accident on State Route 12 in the Town of Marshall.

On February 9th, 2025 at about 8:06 pm, Anthony Delmedico, age 25, was operating a 2018 Chevy pickup traveling in a southerly direction when he drove off the roadway and collided with a tree which resulted in heavy damage to the vehicle due to the collision.  Edwards ambulance transported Delmedico to the Wynn Hospital.  All injuries appeared to be serious but non-life threatening.

The accident is still actively being investigated. 

The Sheriff's Office was assisted by Edwards Ambulance Waterville Fire Dept, Paris Hill Fire Dept, and New York State Police.
